It is hard to inticipate people's needs. That's why our case managers take the time and care to interview people. Although many of our clients need food assistance, we often learn about other challenges people face, such as housing problems, difficulties surrounding loss of utilities, or any number of other challenges. Our case managers work with clients to help them find the resources they need. Even when ACSGW does not offer the needed help, our case managers will endeavor to refer clients to other non-profit or government organizations who may fill the need.
